Belt Cover Application

A conveyor belt covers serve the purpose of protecting the carcass of the belt from load abrasion and any other conditions that may contribute to the belt deterioration. The table in this section covers a list of different conveyor belt cover applications.



Belt Cover Application Description
Heat resistant Provides belt protection for transporting high-temperature material without causing belt damage.
Flame retardant Provides belt protection for underground mining; reducing flammability and stopping burning.
Oil resistant Provides belt protection against penetrating oils when conveying timber and wood chips.
Abrasion resistant Provides belt protection against abrasion with moderate cut and gouge resistance.
Cut and gouge resistant Provides belt protection in severe cut and gouge applications.
Energy saving Low rolling resistant cover compound is designed to minimise power usage and reduce long term operational costs
