The shaft diameter used in a conveyor system on a pulley assembly is a function of two criteria, shaft diameter required for strength and shaft diameter required for deflection. The shaft and pulley are treated as a composite structural assembly. This is because the structural rigidity of the assembly depends upon both the shaft and the pulley and their interaction. A list of standard shaft diameters is provided below.
|Shaft Diameter (mm)||Applicable Standard|
|AA SPEC 371001
|AA SPEC 371001
|AA SPEC 371001
|AA SPEC 371001
|AA SPEC 371001
|AA SPEC 371001
|AA SPEC 371001
|AA SPEC 371001
|AA SPEC 371001
