This table provides a list of contract inclusions under the "Inclusions and Exclusions" section for a bulk material handling project.

Additional design validations for new running conditions.
Advisement on stakeholders (National and International).
Additional Site Visits
Belt Loading Analysis.
Audit on current system status.
Chute failure mode effect analysis.
Acceleration and Coasting time analysis.
Any health and safety associated documentation required for project completion.
Analysis of Discrete Element Modelling material flow results.
Belt Tension Analysis.
Any modifications to the location of the head pulley on any of the chute designs. In the event that modification to the location of the head pulley mounting location is required, a change note will be issued to include the additional work .
Fluid Coupling oil fill quantities.
Any additional design conditions other than the specified design upgrade.
3D point cloud scan
Geotechnical investigation.
Hold back specifications.
Electrical feed to min-substations, transformers, motor control stations etc. as the current location of power supply is currently not known.
Structural and condition Inspection walk through of conveyor system.
Specification of Belt class and Selection.
On-Site Installation
Preliminary installation timeline for each chute modification.
Work instruction for the manufacturing of the chute steel work.
Class 1 estimate of costs.
Planning of installation.
Vertical curve (Concave/Convex) and Horizontal curve analysis. For concave curves belt lift out is determined. Convex curves will access belt flex stability.
Discrete Element Modelling simulation.
Control, instrumentation and electrical requirements
Long term advisement of the chute replacement and process flow diagram improvements.
On-site Construction
Medicals and inductions for the site visits.
PR approval of structural calculations.
Structural analysis of the existing support structure.
Details on the all contractor requirements for site work.
Layout drawings for chute installation and modifications.
Mechanical and Thermal rating analysis of gear units.
Manufacturing, installation or construction.
Review of SCADA information.
Engineering oversight on findings by the DEM service provider.
P&ID's and electrical drawings
Testwork on the residue material.
Sizing and specification of all relevant hydraulic equipment and fittings.
Discrete Element Modelling calibration tests. Note: the commencement of this work is dependent on supplying a sample of the ROM production to the nominated laboratory to the specification given and reliable test results received in due time.
Project schedule.
Phased project scope with itemized deliverables.
Take-up system analysis (Required tension at load cell or counterweight mass. Take-up movement is also determined in the tower and carriage depending on rope weaving arrangement).
Run of Conveyor Idler analysis on Carry and return strands.
Head and Tail end Transition distances analysis.
Literature review.
Pulley analysis which includes shell diameters, hub and bearing shaft sizes and such deflection limits.
Review of environmental issues or discussion with authorities.
Report on current expected life of equipment.
Convex curve Idler analysis on carry and return strands.
Motor selection and reserve power.
Site visit with operations team detailing findings and recommended modifications.
Assistance with fabrication quality assurance.
Assistance with procurement of equipment and approvals of vendor data.
Assistance with commissioning and installation support
Provide input into the Bill of quantities ( prepared by site appointed Quantity Surveyor)
Facilitation of HAZOP studies, in particular safety analyses, recommendations for modifications to the existing support structure, installation procedure, ease of maintenance and accessibility for inspection and maintenance.
