P&ID's and electrical drawings
On-site Construction
Electrical feed to min-substations, transformers, motor control stations etc. as the current location of power supply is currently not known.
On-Site Installation
Details on the all contractor requirements for site work.
Geotechnical investigation.
Control, instrumentation and electrical requirements
Class 1 estimate of costs.
Structural and condition Inspection walk through of conveyor system.
Literature review.
Take-up system analysis (Required tension at load cell or counterweight mass. Take-up movement is also determined in the tower and carriage depending on rope weaving arrangement).
Review of SCADA information.
Work instruction for the manufacturing of the chute steel work.
Layout drawings for chute installation and modifications.
Manufacturing, installation or construction.
Testwork on the residue material.
Discrete Element Modelling calibration tests. Note: the commencement of this work is dependent on supplying a sample of the ROM production to the nominated laboratory to the specification given and reliable test results received in due time.
Head and Tail end Transition distances analysis.
Convex curve Idler analysis on carry and return strands.
Long term advisement of the chute replacement and process flow diagram improvements.
Run of Conveyor Idler analysis on Carry and return strands.
Hold back specifications.
Engineering oversight on findings by the DEM service provider.
Report on current expected life of equipment.
Preliminary installation timeline for each chute modification.
Sizing and specification of all relevant hydraulic equipment and fittings.
Medicals and inductions for the site visits.

Site visit with operations team detailing findings and recommended modifications.
Phased project scope with itemized deliverables.
Vertical curve (Concave/Convex) and Horizontal curve analysis. For concave curves belt lift out is determined. Convex curves will access belt flex stability.
Structural analysis of the existing support structure.
Specification of Belt class and Selection.
Motor selection and reserve power.
Pulley analysis which includes shell diameters, hub and bearing shaft sizes and such deflection limits.
Planning of installation.
Assistance with fabrication quality assurance.
Assistance with procurement of equipment and approvals of vendor data.
Facilitation of HAZOP studies, in particular safety analyses, recommendations for modifications to the existing support structure, installation procedure, ease of maintenance and accessibility for inspection and maintenance.
Assistance with commissioning and installation support
Provide input into the Bill of quantities ( prepared by site appointed Quantity Surveyor)
